Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 medium yellow squash
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg

Directions:

  1. Slice sqaush and onion and boil till done then drain well.
  2. In seperate bowl add milk, egg, grated cheese and torn up bread slice. Mix well untill bread is moisten through.
  3. Mix it all together and put in lightly greased 1.5 qt. dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or when dish is set and browned.
