Spoon Bread with Green Chiles, Corn and Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine corn, milk, shortening, eggs, cornmeal, soda, baking powder, salt, drained chiles and cheese.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve hot.
