Spooky Pumpkin Bowl Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 small sugar pumpkin
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 1/2 oz half-and-half (1 soup can)
  • 1/2 cup long grain rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Hollow out pumpkins.
  2. Dice and brown onion and garlic.
  3. Mix soup, half & half, rice, onion and garlic. Divide evenly between pumpkins.
  4. Bake at 300 degress for 2 hours.
  5. Serve in pumpkin. Scoop pumpkin meat in each bite.
