Spinach  Sausage Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray your Saucepot with Cooking spray and heat over Medium-high heat for 1 min.
  2. Add Sausage & cook until browned, stirring often. Drain off Fat.
  3. Add Broth, Oregano, Onions & Carrots. Heat to boiling.
  4. Cover & Cook over low Heat for 10 minutes or until Veggies are nice & tender
  5. Stir in Spinach and cook for 1 to 2 min.
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Stir, Serve & Enjoy
