Spinach Sausage Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat on stovetop, brown sausage; drain.
  2. Add spinach, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring occasionally to keep from burning on bottom.
  4. Add tomatoes and cheddar cheese and continue to cook, keeping the temperature at medium heat.
  5. When cheese is melted, add garlic.
  6. Add scallions.
  7. Turn heat down to low, to keep warm, until ready to serve.
  8. Serve with chips.
