Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry ( which should include 2 phyllo of puff pastry)
  • 1 kilo spinach cleaned washed n blanched
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 kilo feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Thaw the puff pastry .... preheat the oven before u start preparing the recipe . Squeeze the excess water from the blanched spinach ....
  2. In a bowl add all the above mentioned ingredients expect the eggs should be beaten well with a 2 tbsp of milk and then mix it well ... now roll one of the puff pastry n put on the greased round pan .... put in the mix ingredients n then with second puff pastry close it ... seal the edges well ... with a fork pinch the surface of the pie ....brush off with some remain milk on the top n the edges of the pie..
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees....the pie crust will turn golden brown....
  4. Cut the pie when after 10 mins out from oven ....
  5. Enjoy !!!
  6. Tip : stays in the fridge for 5-6 days ... just remove it n micro wave it .... good appertizer or even a quick lunch....
