Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) pkge. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz) can french fried onion rings
  • 1 (8 oz) pkge. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix spinach, sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, eggs and half of french fried onion rings in mixing bowl.
  2. Empty into 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes.
  4. Top with remaing french fried onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more.
