Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat butter and oil in large skillet.
  2. Add onions and sauté until soft about 5 minutes.
  3. Add spinach to onions and continue cooking for about three minutes until the water has evaporated from spinach.
  4. Season spinach with a dash of nutmeg.
  5. In large bowl combine spinach, eggs and all the cheeses.
  6. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  7. Pile mixture into unbaked pie crust.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for one hour or until golden brown on top.
