Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Gently mix spinach, oranges and mushrooms in a large bowl.
  2. In a screw top jar combine oil, lemon juice, honey, poppy seeds and garlic powder. Cover and shake well. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
