Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the spinach according to package, and drain well.
  2. Saute the onions and garlic until they become translucent.
  3. Mix the ingredients together. If the spinach mix seems too wet, add more bread crumbs.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball sized balls.
  5. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f
  7. After the spinach balls have hardened in the freezer, place them on a cookie sheet and put in the oven.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until they start to brown.
