Directions:

  1. Melt butter with brown sugar; add nuts & brown. Pour mixture on foil or waxed paper and let harden. Crack like toffee/brittle.
  2. Mix all ingredients but onions, oranges & spinach. Add dressing, onions (chopped) & oranges before serving.
