Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1.) Boil squash until tender salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2.)In a large bowl mix cheese,tomatoes,chicken soup,onion,garlic,sour cream
  3. 3.)Drain squash mash with 1/2 stick of butter then mix it with cheese,tomato mixture, mix thoroughly
  4. 4.) pour into buttered aluminum pan (I use Pam nonstick cooking spray)
  5. 5.) Top with crushed Ritz crackers pour melted butter over crackers.
  6. 6.) Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. It will be soupy but let stand for 10 minutes or overnight.
  7. 7.) overnight is better to let flavors marry
