Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut wonton wrappers in half; place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine egg white and water. Brush tops of won­tons with egg white mixture. Combine sesame seeds, salt, and ground red pepper; sprinkle evenly over wontons. Press mixture into wontons. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes or until golden.
