Spicy Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium white inion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Dice the onions, rinse under running water
  2. Half the tomatoes, remove any pulp or seeds
  3. Dice the tomatoes, add to onions
  4. Half the peppers, remove the white membranes and seeds
  5. Dice the peppers, add to mixture
  6. Dice remaining dry ingredients
  7. Combine all remaining ingredients
  8. Mix well, and let sit at room temprature for ~ 15 minutes.
  9. If you want more heat add some of the seeds/membranes from the peppers, mix well.
  10. Serve with tortilla chips
