Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup hot salsa
  • pinch of salt
  • knob of butter or glug of olive oil
  • 3-5 dashes tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Put everything in the rice cooker.
  2. Stir with a fork to blend.
  3. Put the lid on.
  4. Press the cook button and wait.
  5. That's it!
