Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 chunks. Place potatoes and enough water to cover in pot. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. In large bowl, mash potatoes coarsely. Stir in mayo, sour cream, green onions, carrot, Tabasco and salt. Serve on lettuce leaves & garnish with tomato wedges.
