Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make the potatoes by boiling water, milk, and pepper; add instant potato flakes.
  2. Should be pretty stiff
  3. Add Miracle Whip or mayonnaise if you prefer.
  4. Dice up hard boiled eggs.
  5. Add mustard to taste.
  6. Add relish. Mom started out with sweet relish but switched to dill after Dad got diabetes.
  7. Add onion.
  8. Now you may need more Miracle Whip, depending how you like it; adjust to taste.
  9. Chill.
