Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak kuhol in water for 2-3 hrs, break tail-ends by tapping it with a knife, wash, drain and set aside
  2. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic, onions, ginger and shrimp paste
  3. Add kuhol and water
  4. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Add kangkong, long peppers and gata and simmer for another 5 minutes
  6. Add chilli pepper
  7. Salt to taste
