Spicy Baby Clams in Mini Shells

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake in a 400° the mini shells until it brown and set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl blend the pork, onion, garlic, ginger, black bean sauce, chili, cornstarch, oyster sauce and oil together and set aside to 15 minutes.
  3. In a nonstick heated skillet lightly coat with oil add in the pork mixture and sauté over high heat to a golden brown. Pour in the clam juice and when mixture come to a boil add baby clam and remove from heat. Blend in the sesame seed oil, green onion and parsley. Mix the mixture and spoon mixture into the mini shells and serve hot.
