Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat sauce pan on med. add olive oil, garlic and cumin seed. Stir in rest of ingredients cover simmer 20 minutes.
