  1. Toss cauliflower with plum tomatoes,oil,garlic,cumin seed,tumeric,cayenne,salt,pepper to tase on baking sheet.
  2. Roast in 450' oven about 25 mins. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped cilantro
