Spiced Orange Frappe'

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine juice, sugar, milk and water. Beat egg yolks; add milk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in to mix. Serve in tall ice filled glasses. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
