Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pecans
  • 2 egg whites , unbeaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine unbeaten egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & pecans.
  2. Place in buttered large baking dish at 350.
  3. Stir every 10 minutes for 45 minutes.
