Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 lbs lean beef
  • 8 slices american cheese

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, and all spices.
  2. Shape into 8 patties.
  3. Grill and serve on rolls and with cheese.
