Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain the beets
  2. Mix butter (or evoo and lemon pepper), horseradish, mustard and salt
  3. Place beets in a covered casserole dish
  4. Pour mix over beets
  5. Bake at 350 Degrees F for 30 minutes for whole beets or 15 minutes for sliced beets
