Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F Mix sugar and the spices and rub the mixture all over the pork. Place the pork in a roasting pan.
  2. Roast 50 minutes or until a thermometer registers 150°F Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before cutting.
