Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat broiler. Mix first 5 ingredients, coating meat with this mixture. Place it on a rack in a broiling pan.
  2. Put pan 5/7-inches from the heat source. Broil 15/20 minutes, turning once during this time. (Internal temperature will be 160 F.) Let meat rest in cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting (temperature will raise 5/10 degrees in the meantime). Slice in an angle and serve.
