  1. In a sauce pan add evoo onion tyme and oregano saute 4 minutes
  2. Add tomatoes and garlic then on simmer add velveeta till cheese
  3. Melts...steam or pressure cook ur veddies and gentily add the sauce to them and serve pepper and salt to your taste
  4. Do not over cook ur veggies or fall apart
