Ingredients:

  • 1 cup consomme
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over spare ribs and simmer till all the sauce has thickened on the ribs, about 1-1 1/2 hours.
