Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet,cook bacon over med heat until crisp. Remove and drain. Add oil to drippings;saute onion 3 mins. Add rice;stir until golden brown,about 5 mins.
  2. Stir inremaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 30 mins or till rice is tender.
