Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a Medium sauce pan add your oil,onion, garlic,and rice, stirring constantly until onin is translucent over medium high heat.
  2. Add all other ingredients to pan and cover.
  3. Wait until it starts to boil ,then turn heat to low cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes to absorb any liquid left and serve.
