Spanish Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1/2 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g radishes
  • 250 g bacon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemons , juice of

Directions:

  1. Method:
  2. Cut and wash the cabbage, carrots and turnips.
  3. Chop the fennel and with the sugar glaze the mushrooms.
  4. Thinly slice the radishes and take the skins of the tomatoes by placing them in boiling water.
  5. Thinly slice the cheese and dice the bacon into bite size pieces.
  6. Fry gently the bacon, and then mix all together
  7. SAUCE
  8. Grate the garlic, add lemon juice and some olive oil, salt pepper and sugar. Mix thoroughly and add to cabbage just before serving.
