Chimol  Spanish Cilantro Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash all ingredients necessary
  2. Finely chop onion, tomatoes, avocado and fresh cilantro put in bowl
  3. Squeeze in all the juice from the lemons ( avoiding the seeds!!)
  4. Add salt and pepper to desired taste
  5. Add olive oil
  6. Stir well and cover and let sit 15 min before serving
  7. Enjoy!
  8. I love this on its own or as a side dish to a bbq or topping for anything
