Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) can spam, grated
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 3 -4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dash pepper
  • celery rib

Directions:

  1. Mix grated SPAM, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
  2. Cut celery stalks into 2 to 3 inch lengths and stuff with SPAM mixture.
