From Hawaii's SPAM Cookbook, by Ann Kondo Corum. Why not try this on a cracker also. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can spam, grated |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
3 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 dash pepper |
celery rib |
Directions:
1. Mix grated SPAM, onion, mayonnaise and pepper. 2. Cut celery stalks into 2 to 3 inch lengths and stuff with SPAM mixture. |
