Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz beef mince , lean
  • 4 oz onion
  • 3 oz mushroom
  • 3 oz capsicum
  • 1 oz garlic
  • 6 oz tomato
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cups beef stock

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti pasta
  2. Dice then fry onion, mushroom, capsicum, garlic and chili until tender
  3. Add mince and brown
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and stock and simmer until cooked and thickened
  5. Serve over pasta
