Directions:

  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in.
  2. Bottom on slow cooker. Add corn, black beans, diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Stir gently. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or until chicken is done. Top with a tablespoon of fat free sour cream, if desired, before serving.
