Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff but not dry. Beat yolks until thick, fold into whites. Gently fold in pecans.
  2. Bake in tube ban at 350º for 50 minutes.
