Ingredients:

  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into a double boiler.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Beat eggs, add sugar, and mix well.
  4. Add to milk and cook until thick enough for your tastes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add vanilla, stir well, and serve.
