Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup instant milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls.
