Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook fettuccine until tender and drain.
  2. Combine sour cream, whipping cream and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Heat but do not boil.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt & pepper.
  5. Pour sauce over fettuccine and toss.
  6. Sprinkle with additional cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
  7. Serve at once.
