Sour Cream  Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown chicken in skillet -sed aside.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of mixture & chicken in a line on each tortilla and roll up.
  4. Place in an 8 x 12 inch pan.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over top.
  6. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
