Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Chop everything. sautee everything but tomatoes in olive oil. add tomatoes and water. simmer for 20 minutes. season to taste.
