So Easy So Quick So Delicious Pumpkin Mousse Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding (both packages) with 1 cup milk, stir
  2. Add the pumpkin, blend, by whisking
  3. Add pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, blending
  4. FOLD in 2 cups whipped cream OR Cool Whip
  5. (Save the other 2 cups for the topping)
  6. Spoon into a baked *pie crust * (I prefer a good rich pastry), can use graham cracker crust
  7. Pile the whipped cream over the pumpkin filling
  8. May sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice lightly and/or toasted chopped pecans
  9. Refrigerate untiil ready to serve
  10. *Can be spooned into tarts
