Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sweat vegetables in butter until tender. (cool).
  2. Combine crab, crumbs, vegetables, egg yolks and seasonings.
  3. Mould in to desired shapes.
  4. Dredge in seasoned flour, egg wash and dehydrated potato flakes.
  5. Deep fry until golden brown.
