Smoky Hard Boiled Eggs

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp liquid smoke


  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Let cool or run under water to cool then peel.
  3. Add eggs and soy sauce and liquid smoke together in shallow container. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. Rotate eggs occasionally till all sides brown.
  5. Enjoy.
