Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the onion slowly in butter until soft and translucent.
  2. Add potatoes, broth and milk. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook until potatoes are tender, 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add salmon, lemon juice and parsley. Cook just a minute or two until the salmon is warm.
