Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients. Rub on ribs; refrigerate overnight. Smoke ribs at 225 degrees for 3-6 hours.
