Smoked Bacon Twirls With Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb high-grade thick smoked bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake until half done, about 8 minutes.
  2. Remove and sprinkle with rosemary on each side.
  3. Allow bacon to cool slightly, then roll each piece into a tight twirl and spear it with a toothpick.
  4. Put back into 400°F oven on the same baking sheet and bake until done, about 8 minutes more.
