Ingredients:

  • 2 -4 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 -3 tbsp chives
  • salt & pepper (coarse & fresh ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Quarter unpeeled potatoes and cook in salted boiling water until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  2. Drain.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Smash.
